About Microsuction
We offer ear wax removal performed at hospital level by an experienced ENT clinician. Micro-suction is the safest and most effective treatment for wax removal, performed under direct vision using an ENT microscope and fine, controlled suction.
The ENT microscope provides the clinician with tri-dimensional vision, providing an in-depth feeling of movement while performing the procedure. The benefits of micro-suction are safety, effectiveness and thorough removal of occluding ear wax, debris, foreign bodies or discharge.

Alex Stanciu
ENT Nurse Practitioner
Alex Stanciu is a highly experienced ENT Nurse Practitioner, who has worked for over 23 years at the Royal National Ear Nose & Throat Hospital (RNTNEH) in London.
Alex’s pioneering work in the field of aural microsuction began in 1999, with the establishment of nurse-led microsuction clinics at the RNTNEH.
Alex is registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and holds a BSc in Professional Nursing Practice, and an ENB certificate in ENT Specialist Nursing.
All procedures are covered by professional indemnity insurance.
Kristina Pinterova
ENT Nurse Practitioner
Kristina has 18 years of extended experience in the ENT nursing, abroad and in the UK. She joined the Royal National Ear Nose and Throat hospital London in 2008, where she currently works .
She was trained in micro-suction technique in 2009 and gained her expertise in this field since, working as an ENT specialist nurse in the outpatients department. She runs her own ear microsuction clinics there for NHS and once a week helps in this private clinic. Kristina is a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council in the UK and holds professional indemnity insurance.
