Alex Stanciu is a Senior ENT Nurse Practitioner who worked at the Royal National Ear Nose and Throat Hospital in London, with over 23 years of ENT nursing experience and performing ear microsuction for over 17 years. He is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council in the UK, and holds an ENB certificate in ENT nursing, and a BSc degree in professional practice. Alex’s special interest in otology and microsuction began in 1999, when he pioneered the establishment of nurse-led microsuction clinics in North West London. Since then, he has trained over 25 nurses and audiologists in microsuction. Alex can perform a wide range of ear and hearing related procedures, from wax removal, through to ear infections, mastoid cavity clearance, removal of foreign bodies, microsuction on children, and microsuction of ears with perforated ear drums.
Alex is also an Associate Microsuction Practitioner with Hearology at their London Bridge Clinic.
